Princewill O. Mbah is a Professional Quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience leading all aspects of quantity surveying and controlling costs within high value and mission-critical projects across oil & gas, and the civil and infrastructure industries. Currently, he is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with ITALCONSULT, an Italian engineering construction supervision and consultancy firm in Qatar.
Princewill has a first degree in Quantity Surveying from Enugu State University of Science and Technology ( ESUT) Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan School of Business & Management UK. He is a member of Quantity Surveyor’s International (QSi), a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and currently the Public Relations Officers for Nigeria Quantity Surveyors Qatar (NQSQ). Princewill is also a social critic and a motivator!
Victor E. Ayegba working for KEO International Consultants, with over 20 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction Industry in Africa – Nigeria and Seychelles and the Middle East – Qatar.
Owing to the diversity of the projects in his portfolio this has steered his area of expertise in construction management as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. He is an enthusiastic, reliable and responsible person and also a valuable team member while equally effective when working on his own initiative.
Victor holds an MBA from Metropolitan School of Business & Management UK and a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with RICS, UK, Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Canada and Fellow with Quantity Surveyors International (QSi). He is the Vice President of Quantity Surveyors International and an Expert of Value Engineering. Victor is happily married with children.
Humphrey Chukwu (PMP) has more than 20 years of experience working on a broad range of world-class projects in Asia & Africa, with a combined value of over $5bn. Many years as a project control specialist in the main contracting industry prior to his consultancy roles have provided Humphrey with valuable insight and understanding of the issues that arise in construction and the means to identify potential solutions for their resolution.
He has a good working knowledge of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Society of Construction Law (SCL) Protocol, AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering), Public Works Authority (PWA) and bespoke forms of contract. As a specialist consultant, he has advised owners, engineers, contractors and their counsel on construction quantum assessments, forensic investigations, risk avoidance and mitigation; specifically, best contracting practices, cost and schedule controls, delay and productivity analysis and general project support.
Humphrey has a B. Eng. in Civil Engineering. He is a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
